A-29.01, r. 4 - Regulation respecting the basic prescription drug insurance plan
Section 3.1
Disposition versions
3.1. For the purposes of section 11 of the Act respecting prescription drug (chapter A-29.01), no contribution shall be payable with regard to the following pharmaceutical services, whose cost is borne by the Board:
(1) refusal to fill a prescription;
(2) a pharmaceutical opinion;
(3) transmission of a medication profile;
(4) on-call service.
